The Process

2. The VIP questionnaire allows us to personalize your profile, learn about your favorite products, and gather ideas for items you'd love to see. Once completed, you'll receive your VIP discount code, and we’ll start sending you products/rituals right away.
3. Enjoy your goods! After a week of use, we’d love for you to share a video testimonial or written review that we can feature in our emails, on social media, and on our website.

What is Kismet Client VIP?
Kismet Client VIP is our free-to-join partnership program. As a VIP partner, we gift or discount our products to you for leaving reviews, both written and video testimonials. It's our way of saying thank you for loving our products and for being one of our VIP Kismet Clients.

How does the program work?
After signing up, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to place VIP orders at The Occult Chateau. You'll also receive a discount code to use when making purchases. Once you've received your products and had the chance to try them, feel free to leave a video or written review on the product page within 7 days. We may feature your testimonial on our social media, newsletters, and website.
Can I give recommendations for future products?
We created the Kismet Client VIP program so you can help us expand our collection of magickal elixirs and healing remedies! We’d love to hear your feedback. After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a questionnaire where you can share your recommendations. If you ever have new ideas, simply email us, and we’ll update your profile so we can notify you when the product is available.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to be a partner in our program, just unsubscribe from the email list and that's all you need to do.
