International orders now ship exclusively via DHL Express for fastest and most reliable delivery.

All parcels are exported under verified cosmetic HS codes and in full compliance with international shipping law. Once a package leaves Saint Petersburg, Florida, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the receiving country’s customs agency.

International customers are responsible for any customs delays, import duties, taxes, or restrictions that may apply to their country. The Occult Château ships all items in compliance with international export codes; once the parcel departs the Saint Petersburg, Florida, responsibility for clearance and local handling transfers to the buyer.
