Section 1. Private Membership Notice
A. All products, services, communications, and information offered through The Occult Chateau are made available exclusively to Private Members of The Rise of Sophia Private Membership Association (PMA).
B. By purchasing, viewing, or engaging with any material from this website or associated platforms, I understand that I am applying for and entering into Private Membership with the Association and am bound by this Agreement.
C. Membership is free and constitutes private contractual consideration for access to the Association’s products, services, writings, and educational materials.

Section 2. Purpose and Jurisdiction
1. The Rise of Sophia PMA exists to provide a private, protected forum where Members may lawfully exchange products, education, and counsel concerning health, spirituality, sovereignty, and related topics.
2. All activity of this Association is conducted in the private domain, under Natural Law / Common Law, and protected by the First and Ninth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and other inherent Rights recognized by law.
3. The Rise of Sophia PMA, its Directors, and Members expressly do not operate in the public domain and are not subject to regulation by federal, state, or local agencies, including but not limited to the FDA, FTC, or any licensing boards.

Section 3. Private Products and Services
1. All products offered—including herbal, topical, ingestible, energetic, and informational materials—are private member exchanges provided for educational and spiritual purposes only.
2. No statement made by the Association or its Members has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
3. No product or service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor to replace medical advice.
4. Members agree to use discernment and take full responsibility for their own choices, health, and wellbeing.

Section 4. Freedom of Association
1. We, the Members, exercise our Right of Freedom of Association, to assemble and share knowledge, remedies, and spiritual insight free from external interference.
2. We affirm the inalienable Rights of Free Speech, Free Press, Petition, and Assembly in pursuit of spiritual and bodily sovereignty.
3. Participation within this Association is private and voluntary, entered into of one’s own free will.

Section 5. Member Conduct and Revocation
1. Membership may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Directors for conduct deemed harmful, unlawful, harassing, or inconsistent with the values of the Association.
2. Members agree not to bring any claim, legal or administrative, against another Member or Director regarding private Association activity.
3. Any grievance or dispute shall be resolved privately through an internal committee or tribunal.

Section 6. Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk
1. Members acknowledge that herbal and energetic work may produce varied physical, emotional, or psychological effects, and that results are not guaranteed.
2. Members assume all responsibility for their own choices and outcomes.
3. The Association, its Directors, and Members are held harmless from all liability, financial or otherwise, for any effect, perceived or actual, arising from Member participation.
4. Information provided may include content some consider controversial or triggering; entry into the Association constitutes informed consent to engage such material voluntarily.

Section 7. Privacy and Records
1. All Member information, communications, and transactions remain private property of the Association.
2. The Association does not share, sell, or disclose Member data to any external entity unless required by due process under Common Law or with Member consent.
3. All records and correspondence are maintained within the private domain.

Section 8. Termination and Withdrawal
1. Membership may be withdrawn by written notice at any time.
2. Termination of membership ends access to all private communications, portals, and products of the Association.
3. Refunds or exchanges follow the policies posted within the private store at time of purchase; all clearly marked non-refundable items remain non-refundable.

Section 9. Acknowledgement and Affirmation

By purchasing from, engaging with, or entering any portal of The Occult Chateau / The Rise of Sophia PMA, I affirm:
• I am a living, flesh-and-blood man or woman acting in my private capacity.
• I have read and comprehend this Membership Agreement.
• I enter freely, without coercion, and understand that all interactions occur under Private Contract within the jurisdiction of Common Law.
• I do not represent any public agency or investigative body, and I enter solely for private benefit and remembrance.

Section 10. Effective Date

This Agreement is effective as of the date of my first order or submission of this form and remains in force for the duration of my Membership.
