A custom herbal blend is to be used as an infusion over 20 consecutive days. After 20 days, track your results and continue remedy until symptoms have dissipated.

Organic Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
Organic Rose Petals (Rosa spp.)
Organic Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

Herbal infusions are created by using 1 tablespoon of herbal blend by boiling water into a glass quartz mason jar and letting it steep with the lid on for at least 10 hours (overnight is recommended), longer if your custom herbal blends contains roots. 
Be sure to use a spoon to stir the herbal blend in the boiling water, making sure that all the herbs are submersed in the water.
Make your herbal blend every day and drink the entire quart each day for 20 consecutive days.

A hug from the inside!

Total Eclipse of the Heart has assisted me in aligning to my desired energetic state. The floral/herbal blend is light, beautiful, and feels like a hug from the inside out.
