It’s apparent more so than ever, that we live in a world that is deeply segregated from their heart, which is stunting their ability to Know Thyself.
+ We exist in a world where the mind is the master, which is why there is so much judgement, hate, dis-ease, and disconnection…
The more time in solitude I spend, the more obvious it becomes:
“The mind is a terrible master when it is not in service to the heart”
🔑The heart brings forth a spirit that the mind simply cannot grasp, because it’s too busy being busy.
There is a quietness to heart, which is why you have to tune in and listen to truly get the memo.
You have to be silent.
You have to spend time alone.
You have to tap in and FEEL into Who You Are.
I’ve also come to innerstand that those who badger, spew unnecessary hate or create drama, are *not only* disconnected from their heart, but many of their “energetic spheres” are locked.

When your energetic spheres are locked (deficient or in excess), your perception (the mind) gets skewed.
This creates your reality too.
Additionally, the mind creates irrational stories which are lead by FEAR.
+ Fear is a symptom that manifests in the sphere of Malkuth on the Tree of Life (Qabalah) or root chakra.
+ Fear manifests when we have not taken Care of ourselves.
+ We have not grounded ourselves in Earth Spirituality.
So often, people speak of Spirituality as the work done in the higher spheres, yet there IS a spirituality that comes from the Earth (the kingdom of Malkuth), as well.
+ When you know you ARE the elements, you are able to see which of these elements are causing the mind to incorrectly control and dictate your life.
This includes the state of your body too.
